Dr. Chin-Chung Chao is an assistant professor in the Department of Communication at University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her primary research interests span conflict management, leadership, interpersonal, intercultural and organizational communication. Chin-Chung Chao has won 2009 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award and top paper awards at the 96th and the 98th NCA conventions. Chin-Chung Chao currently serves as the 2013program planner of ACCS (Association for Chinese Communication Studies) and the chair of APACS (Asian/Pacific American Communication Studies).
